Scaling Botanical Production

Next-generation plant cell bio-manufacturing solution for botanicals

Low cost plant cell bio-manufacturing for botanicals

RheaPlant’s production system is designed to make botanical production economically viable through purpose-built plant cell bioprocessing platform

Purpose built systems

Process designed specifically around plant cell biology to maximize yield and consistency

Low Capex

Up to 90% lower production cost through a bottom-up redesign of plant cell production systems.

Modular scale-out

Modular decentralized design enables scale without large infrastructure

Our production systems are designed for modular, cost-efficient, and rapid operation. We are currently seeking partners developing next-generation botanical ingredients across nutraceuticals, natural colors, and other emerging ingredient categories.

Current capabilities

  • 40L production systems for research and development projects

  • Feasibility studies - Upto 100L capacity

  • Botanical ingredient cell-line development expertise. 14+ botanical cell lines in development, including Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, American Ginseng, and Lutein

  • Bioprocess development and optimization

We are building the infrastructure needed to power the next generation of botanical bio-manufacturing
